DTA610 Datasheet – 50V, 0.1A, PNP Bias Resistor Transistor

This post describes for the transistor DTA610. This transistor is a type of bipolar junction transistor (BJT) integrated with biasing resistors, which simplifies circuit design by reducing the need for external biasing components.

The function of this semiconductor is PNP Bias Resistor Transistor.

The package is SC-89 type. The Marking Code is 6F.

The manufacturer of this component is first silicon.

DTA610 datasheet

DTA610 is PNP Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with Monolithic Bias Resistor Network. This new series of digital transistors is designed to replace a single device and its external resistor bias network. The BRT (Bias Resistor Transistor) contains a single transistor with a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors; a series base resistor and a base-emitter resistor. The BRT eliminates these individual components by integrating them into a single device. The use of a BRT can reduce both system
cost and board space.

• Simplifies Circuit Design

• Reduces Board Space

• Reduces Component Count

• The SC-89 package can be soldered using wave or reflow. The modified gull-winged leads absorb thermal stress during soldering
eliminating the possibility of damage to the die.

Absolute Maximum Ratings (Ta = 25°C)

1. Collector-Base Voltage: VCBO 50 Vdc

2. Collector-Emitter Voltage: VCEO 50 Vdc

3. Collector Current: IC 100 mAdc
